Why there are only four plans

We could offer dozens of bundles, add-ons and tiers, but that would make choosing harder and comparing almost impossible. Instead there is one service and four lengths. Every plan has every feature, so you never have to wonder whether the cheaper option is missing something you will need later. It also keeps our costs down, which is part of why the prices are low. If your situation changes, you simply choose a different length next time.

Five questions to ask yourself before choosing

1. How many months will I really watch? Be honest. Holidays, travel and busy seasons all count. If the answer is most of the year, the yearly plan saves the most; if it is one season, a shorter plan avoids waste.
2. Have I used online TV before? If not, a month lets you check the picture on your own TV and connection before committing.
3. Is a smaller payment now more important than a lower total? If cash flow is tight this month, a shorter plan is a perfectly sensible choice. You can move to a longer one when you renew.
4. Who else will watch? The more people in the house, the lower the cost per person, which makes a longer plan even better value for families and flatmates.
5. Is my internet ready? As a rule of thumb, about 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K on the device you watch on. If you are unsure, start with a month.

What happens after you choose

Paying, renewing and switching

• Paying: you order on WhatsApp, we confirm the plan, the total and the payment options, and you pay only when you are happy. There is no checkout on this website.
• Renewing: plans never renew automatically. Message us before your plan ends and choose your next length.
• Switching: you can pick a different length every time you renew: longer to save more, or shorter if you will be away.

A note on fairness

Everyone pays the same published price. There are no hidden discounts for some customers and higher prices for others, no first-month specials that expire and no loyalty penalty for staying.
