DMCA & Copyright Notice
How rights holders can report material they believe infringes their copyright, and how we deal with it.
IPTV Cyprus respects the rights of creators and copyright owners. This page explains how to tell us about material you believe infringes your copyright and what we do when we receive a notice.
Our position
We do not host films, series or TV channels on this website. If you believe that material on this website, or material made available through our service, infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, please send us a notice as described below.
What your notice should include
To let us act quickly, please include:
- Your full name and the organisation you represent, if any.
- The copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Where the material is, as precisely as possible, for example the page address or channel name.
- Your contact details, so we can reply to you.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How to send a notice
Send your notice on WhatsApp to +44 7868 240819 (opens WhatsApp in a new tab) with “Copyright notice” as the first line of your message. We will confirm that we have received it.
What happens next
We review every complete notice promptly. Where it is valid, we remove or disable access to the material concerned as quickly as we reasonably can and, where appropriate, let the affected person know.
Counter-notice
If material you provided was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same number explaining why, with your name, contact details and signature. We will review it and respond.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that are repeatedly the subject of valid notices may be suspended or closed under our Terms of Service.
